Policy & Procedures Manuals help organizations  run their operations smoothly by clearly stating expectations and courses of actions in response to any given situation. 

Make sure your brokerage is:

In this course, we direct our focus to the creation of quality Policy & Procedures Manuals.  The consistent use of a well-written manual can save a company from confusion, ambiguity, and ultimately, save management and staff time.

  • Specify the topics and depth of information required in Policy & Procedures Manuals
  • Structure a Policy & Procedures Manual
  • Write polciies, procedures and requirements clearly and concisely
  • Identify elements specific to the mortgage brokering industry

Participants will leave the course confident and knowledgeable about creating a compliant, effective, easy-to-read manual.  They will walk away with a Policy & Procedures Manual template which they can customize to suit the specific needs of their own brokerage.
